The House voted yesterday to end a quarter-century offshore drilling ban and allow energy companies to tap natural gas and oil beneath waters from New England to Alaska. The only member of the New Jersey delegation to vote with the majority was Scott Garrett (R-5th Dist.)If there is a spill from an offshore drilling rig off the coast of the Jersey shore, our beaches would be irreparably damaged, closing beaches even if there's not a government shutdown. The potential for human accidents is enormous. Beyond that, Garrett signaled with this vote that he has no intention of moving our nation off of our oil addiction by investing in clean, alternative, and renewable energy sources like wind, solar, geothermal, biomass, ethanol, and other sources.
Scott Garrett is bought off by the oil and gas industry. He's received $8,500 from the oil and gas industry this election cycle. We need someone who will represent New Jersey, not oil drilling companies in Texas.

After planting, soak ball of transplanted shrubs, trees, and plants with 1 tbsp/gal. Bring it closer, move it out to the end of your arm, turn a little -- you will rapidly find that some views are picture perfect and look like they'd make gorgeous paintings. It is roughly double that of a farm. Organic Fish Meal Fertilizer (7-11-1). A-Z Index (all on one page).
